Counselling for when life feels heavy
Whatever’s on your mind – whether it’s anxiety, depression, overwhelm, relationship issues or something you can’t quite name – talking it through with someone can help you make sense of it.
At My Mind Counselling, I offer a calm, confidential space where you can be heard without judgement. Together, we explore what’s going on, seek to get a better understanding of your options and consider new ways of thinking about things.
My aim is to help you feel more at ease, with a clearer view of the way ahead.
Find calm in the chaos
You might be feeling:
- Overwhelmed by daily demands or anxious about what the future holds
- Low in mood or weighed down by depression
- Trapped in old patterns of thinking or behaving that no longer support you
- Disconnected from yourself, as though life is happening out of sync with who you really are
- Burdened with responsibilities and emotions, carrying too much with nowhere to set it down
When life feels this way, it can be hard to see a way forward. Counselling offers a compassionate space where you don’t have to carry everything alone. Together, we can begin to untangle your thoughts, make sense of your feelings and shine light on what matters most to you.
It’s a gentle process of slowing down, finding clarity and reconnecting with yourself – so that you can move through life with more balance, confidence and calm.
Understanding my trauma has been key in making sense of it all and I finally understand me… thank you for your knowledge, skill and compassion.
You will never know how much you have helped me to battle my demons.
Thank you for being a big part of my healing journey, I feel as though my life is back on track and I’m coping so much better.
I don’t really understand how talking works but it has. I feel like I have found myself, for myself. It’s been a tough journey, but I wouldn’t have swapped it for the world.
