INDIVIDUAL COUNSELLING SESSIONS

A safe, supportive space to explore what’s on your mind

Whether you’re feeling anxious, stuck, overwhelmed or unsure where to turn, therapy can help you find clarity, confidence and calm – at your pace.

Here are some of the reasons people come to therapy

Anxiety and persistent worry
Low self-esteem or self-criticism
Feeling overwhelmed, stuck or directionless
Processing trauma or difficult past experiences
Relationship challenges
Life transitions, grief or loss
Difficulty setting boundaries or putting their needs first

Working together can help you…

Feel more grounded and in control
Understand your emotions more clearly
Be kinder and more compassionate toward yourself
Make decisions with more clarity
Break out of unhelpful patterns
Reconnect with who you really are

What to expect from therapy

I offer both short and long-term counselling, depending on what feels right for you.

The first step is a free, 20-minute phone call. This is a chance for us to get to know each other a little and to see whether working together feels like a good fit.

During this call, you can share what’s bringing you to therapy, ask any questions you might have, and get a feel for how I work. There’s no pressure or obligation – just a space to explore what you need.

If you decide to go ahead, we’ll arrange a regular weekly session at a time that suits you.

Courage starts with showing up and letting ourselves be seen.

Why work with me?

I know how hard it can be to take the first step into counselling. My approach is gentle, non-judgmental, and centred around building trust.

I won’t rush you or push you to talk about anything before you’re ready. Instead, I’ll meet you where you are and support you as you begin to understand yourself more deeply.

I bring warmth, experience, and a genuine belief in your ability to heal and grow.

FAQ

What happens in the free intro call?

It’s a relaxed 20-minute conversation where you can ask questions and see if we’re a good fit. There’s no pressure to decide anything on the spot.

Do I need to commit to a certain number of sessions?

No. We work week by week, and you can pause or end therapy whenever it feels right for you.

Is online counselling as effective as face-to-face?

Yes. Many clients find online therapy just as valuable – it can even feel easier to open up from your own space.

What if I don’t know where to start?
That’s completely okay. You don’t need to have the right words – just come as you are, and we’ll take it from there.

Let’s talk when you are ready

Taking the first step can feel daunting – but you don’t have to do it alone.

If you’re curious about therapy, or simply want to talk things through, book a free 20-minute intro call. I’ll listen, and we’ll see if working together feels right for you.
